Your starter pack containsa 5 Standard User licenses. Additional Standard User licenses are charged per User. There are no limits to the number of additional Standard User Licenses you can add.

Yes. has 4 different User License types.

Standard User License - Designed for users who are part of the document review or approval process and require full access to’s, manager’s and company director’s, are a few examples of a User that would require a Standard User License.

Restricted User – Designed for users who are not part of the review or approval process. Suppliers, Employees, Job Applicants and Contractors are a few examples of a Restricted User. Restricted Users License are freeand there are no limits to the number of Restricted Users a company can setup.

Administrator License–Designed for users who need access to the setup and administrative functions of IT Manager or IT System Administrator are examples of an Administrator User.  Administrator License are free and although there are no limits to the number of Administrator License a company can setup we strongly recommend Administrator License be restricted to a limited number of Users.

Restricted Administrator License – Issued to a nominated User when subscriptions are cancelled. This type of license provides the User with access to the document repository only for a period of 3 months following the cancellation of your subscription. Alternatively, you can purchase an annual Restricted Administrators License giving you access to all your documents on our secure server.
